1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using X Post Exporter ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

X Post Exporter is a browser extension that enables users to export publicly available posts/tweets from X (Twitter) user profiles into structured data formats (CSV, XLSX, JSON) and download associated media files. The Extension operates within the user's browser using their existing X/Twitter session.

3. User Accounts & Subscription

3.1 Free Tier

The free version of the Extension provides limited functionality including export of up to 50 posts in CSV format.

3.2 Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription unlocks additional features including higher export limits (up to 50,000 posts), additional export formats (XLSX, JSON), and batch media download capabilities.

3.3 Billing & Cancellation

  • Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Extension or by contacting support
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact support for refund requests

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall NOT:

  • Use the Extension to violate X/Twitter's Terms of Service
  • Export data for the purpose of harassment, stalking, or doxxing
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit exported data without proper authorization
  • Use the Extension to scrape private or protected accounts without consent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension's source code
  • Use the Extension in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden X/Twitter's servers
  • Share your Pro subscription account with others

5. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal or internal business purposes.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Extension, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described therein.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

  • The Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • The Extension will be compatible with future changes to X/Twitter's platform
  • Exported data will be 100% complete or accurate
  • The Extension will meet all your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Extension. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Platforms

The Extension interacts with X/Twitter's platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. or Twitter. Changes to X/Twitter's platform may affect the Extension's functionality, and we are not responsible for such changes. You are solely responsible for complying with X/Twitter's Terms of Service when using exported data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
